Shipping Policy

At Swift Wheels EU, we want to ensure your electric mobility products arrive safely, quickly, and transparently. This policy outlines our shipping regions, processing timeframes, fees, and tracking procedures.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer domestic shipping across the Netherlands.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

2. Order Cutoff, Handling, and Transit Times

To provide an accurate delivery window, our shipping timeline is divided into two parts: handling time and transit time.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 14:00 (2:00 PM) Central European Time (CET). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday to Saturday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
  • Transit Time (Delivery Duration):
    • Netherlands: 2 – 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

  • For the Netherlands: 3 – 5 Business Days from the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Costs

We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing.

  • Netherlands: FREE Shipping on all orders.
  • There are no hidden handling fees, duties, or surprise delivery charges added at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the final price delivered to your door.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our regional warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal (e.g., DHL, DPD, PostNL, or UPS). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at sales@swiftwheels.eu. Please inspect your electric scooter/bike upon arrival and report any transit-related damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can file an immediate claim with the courier and arrange a replacement.
